Find the real problem.Align the people. Make it work.

I spent five years building enterprise backend systems, then moved into customer-facing delivery because I could make unclear requirements actionable. Today I work across enterprise AI, factory digitization and manufacturing export projects—close enough to the field to see the problem, and technical enough to organise delivery.

01About / Engineering, fieldwork and business

Engineering gave me the base. The field taught me what matters.

I started in Java and enterprise backend development. Later, my manager moved me into customer delivery because I was good at clarifying needs and coordinating people.

When a customer cannot fully describe the requirement, I help map the goal, current process and acceptance boundary. I then turn that into work the engineering team can build and the customer can evaluate.

Running a photovoltaic business in 2022 added another layer: government communication, partnerships, suppliers and the capital constraints of a physical business. It made me more deliberate about using technology, market feedback and cross-functional execution as my edge.

CASE NOTES

Problems are often visiblebefore anyone asks for a system.

Factory reporting100+ workers
Manual consolidation2 clerks

01 / Factory reporting

Keep WeChat for workers. Automate the work after a manual trigger.

Workers kept reporting through the familiar channel. An operator triggered collection, after which parsing, cleaning, review and aggregation produced the daily report. The same data basis was then extended toward capacity, exceptions and finance-required reporting.

02 / Manufacturing export

Build the website, enquiry path and internal follow-up as one workflow.

I worked from market selection and multilingual websites through Meta acquisition and WhatsApp qualification, then coordinated product data, documents, logistics and quotation inputs inside the company.

03Method / From observation to acceptance

Good delivery is not only a solution. It is an agreement people can act on.

Tools can move quickly, but a fast build does not fix a poorly framed problem. I stay close to the business goal, the operating constraints and the people who need to change how they work.

  1. 01FIELD DELIVERY

    Observe the work

Watch how people actually do the job before proposing a system.

  2. 02FIELD DELIVERY

    Name the problem

Separate the business goal, the current friction and the delivery boundary.

  3. 03FIELD DELIVERY

    Align the people

Translate between owners, operators, finance and engineering.

  4. 04FIELD DELIVERY

    Reduce adoption cost

Keep familiar entry points when changing them would create more resistance than value.

  5. 05FIELD DELIVERY

    Stay through acceptance

Follow the project until the first usable result is clear and reviewable.
